This is a brand new Helix BMX seat post clamp.  It is only available in a Silver (raw aluminum) finish.  You can use it just as it is or send it out to be anodized with your other aluminum restoration parts.
This clamp has that very cool retro style and is similar to the old Cook Brothers and Powerlite seatpost clamps of the early '80s.

This size will fit most old school frames that take a 13/16" or 7/8" seatpost.
Be sure to measure the seat tube of your frame (not the seatpost itself!)

The Helix BMX seat post clamp is CNC machined in the USA from heat treated, aircraft quality 6061-T6 aluminum alloy billet.  It is then tumble finished to remove any sharp edges to protect your frame's finish.  This leaves it with a raw aluminum finish.  It is designed to be used as-is, but you can also send it out to be anodized any color you want.
