Our rust converter gel is a highly effective rust converter for permanent rust conversion.
Long-term rust stop through phosphating effect (pickling effect). Our rust converter gel dissolves rust and forms a permanent protective layer with water-insoluble phosphate on iron and steel. The rust stopper neutralizes corrosion damage and prevents further rusting of the metal. This resulting protective sealing of metallic surfaces is very weather-resistant. After drying, the surface can be painted. The solid protective layer offers a good adhesion base and is compatible with most commercially available paints and varnishes.

Scope of delivery:

Application Instructions:
Remove dirt and sand from the object
the object to be derusted must be free of grease and oil
Remove loose rust mechanically as much as possible (flex, wire brush, emery paper)
Apply rust converter gel
Spread the applied rust converter gel evenly with the integrated brush
the rust converter gel now decomposes the rust
if rust is not completely removed, repeat application until rust is gone.
then remove with sufficient water, dry the surface well and immediately protect against renewed rust, preferably with our 1K primer (rust protection)
