Vintage Crosman Mark I Pellgun Target Air Pistol .22 Caliber CO2.
I am the second owner of this 1960's MK1 air pistol.  The original owner was a WWII vet and neighbor who taught me how to shoot when I was a kid.  When he died, his wife gave it to me.  I, in turn, introduced my children to shooting years years later with this 60 year old wonderful pistol.  It sits in my safe and has been well taken care of for decades.
It has the original box, although you can clearly see the sides have blown out.  Never taped or fixed by design.  The pistol comes with the original grip -- which I'm told is a good thing.  I've had the seals redone over the years by a guy in LA who sells these things to competitive shooters.  He has told me these hobbyists use the MK1 as the frame and modify them for competition.  I found a link to him:

I'm not going to go into detail re: the condition.  The photos will tell you more than I can.  But it works great.  I shot it last night at metal targets from my balcony.  It's very satisfying to hear the "DING" of a well-placed placed shot.
I don't need the money.  I don't need to sell this.  But I've got a safe full of firearms and figured I'd make some room by finding a new home for this cool piece of history.  It should be used and hopefully encourage the next generation of kids to learn and appreciate the hobby.
