    Description

    This is a New-Old-Stock (NOS) item.  It is a quick release for a seat post clamp - and the knurled knobs allow adjustment before the final tightening with the quick release lever.  I don't know much about it, but it was never used.  Photos show the actual item for sale.  Sorry, No Box.
